Last week I had six new cards come through for my Nature Speaks Affirmation Deck. This is an ongoing passion project of mine and a work in progress for about 18 months now. Often it seems the inspiration comes in bursts and then tapers off for awhile. These days I am feeling a renewed motivation to get these 46 cards birthed so I can have them printed and hold them in my hands! It has me thinking that it is no surprise then that the 4 cards shown here speak to that sometimes lengthy, sometimes stagnant, sometimes vulnerable, sometimes fruitful, sometimes fast and furious process of creating. As these messages came through, I was inspired to take the huge leap to create my NEW YouTube channel! Quite synchronistically the first two collective readings I recorded have really brought through much the same sentiment that these cards convey. You can check out the collective readings here and here.
This is such a magical and creative time for so many and I think the biggest message that’s coming through is to celebrate YOU – wherever you are in this process that is as individual and unique as each beautiful flower in the garden. Here is a little sneak peek of how that conversation came through the flowers…
The waiting is the hardest part!
Agh! It can be so frustrating to be in that ‘one step forward, two steps back’ energy where it feels as though you are spinning your wheels. It can seem like no matter how hard you try to get ahead or just get anywhere that you are running in place. The Patience card tells us not to get caught up in “comparison craziness” when it seems like “everybody else’s” gardens are in full bloom and you are over here just pulling weeds! The truth is you really have no idea exactly what’s going on over in that garden or what the process has been to cultivate it. You are best served to tend to your own garden and keep watering it with your positive intentions. Patience also reminds us that many of those perceived blocks and delays were actually just what was needed in order for your garden to bloom in its own perfect, divine timing.
Pregnant with Possibilities!
Take this time to stop and smell the wildflowers – explore each one in their beautiful uniqueness. Appreciate each stage, nurturing the seeds you’ve planted with love and care. Have faith as you are assured that you are gestating great things and just as an expectant mother can feel restless and eager to hold her beautiful baby in her arms, she is best served to relax and breathe, savoring the final weeks that she holds her little one within. Soon enough her perfect creation will be born.
Time Flies When You’re Feeling Grateful!
The Fruition card has come forward to let you know that things are happening! They are unfolding just as they are meant to and no matter how small the progress or how slooow the pace, some celebrating is in order! To the extent that continued progress can sometimes require ‘more’, there’s an inside tip here to move into a state of grace – focus on all of the things that you are grateful for and create from that place. Also, do not be afraid to put your feelers out and call on the tools and resources that are available to you. When you stop to really think about it, you have so much more than you realize.
It’s GO Time!
Through all of your perseverance and hard work, things are really starting to happen! By planting the seeds of your intentions, watering them with positivity, nurturing them with love and gratitude – you are now seeing them come into their own. This is your unique creation in motion! From this place you can see there are others still working their garden, perhaps in need of hope and inspiration to keep going – recognize that you are emerging as a source of leadership and light for others.
Phew! What a whirlwind these first two weeks of February have been! The groundhog may have predicted 6 more weeks of winter but these beautiful flowers have me THINKING SPRING! I can’t wait to see all of the beautiful creations that are coming forward from the seeds each one of us are planting now! Remember: to everything there is a season…enjoy each and every one. 💚
