Predictive vs. Prescriptive Tarot Reading 

 There are many different ways to work with Tarot cards – certainly Tarot can be used from a “predictive” point of view – when we look at getting an idea of “if” something will happen or the timing we may expect, etc. which can look to the cards to tell the querant what will happen.  But working with the Tarot can also be “prescriptive”, which takes a look at potentialities – energies that exist around a situation or inquiry that will always blend with an individual’s freewill.  This is where the empowerment comes in!

An Empowered Tarot reading is about setting intentions with the cards – questions we are asking for some insight and guidance into the potentialities around a situation.  The cards are giving us a story, weaving together those potential energies and empowering us with information that places the querant into the driver’s seat, connecting in with their Higher Self to see what they are working with around their inquiry.
